Cloe was born in Lima, Perú, and raised on Costa Rica’s North Pacific Coast, inspired by nature and the surf culture she grew up around. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film & Television with an emphasis in Direction of Photography. Cloe is pursuing a filmmaking career focused on direction, cinematography, and storytelling—exploring human experiences, female perspectives, and cultural narratives while balancing visual and emotional depth.​​
